I grabbed a refurbished phone as a gift for my daughter's birthday. There was a little hiccup with my order, but they handled it wonderfully. The phone arrived in fantastic shape. The customer support was top-notch. Honestly, I can't see myself buying a 'new' phone ever again.

The phone for my wife got here right on time and everything was functioning fine. She was bummed out, though, 'cause there was a pretty big scratch on the screen. Other than that, everything's alright.

This thing is just incredible! I was blown away by how shiny it looked when I opened the box, and the packaging was done just right. The phone performs like a champ; my daughter can't get enough of it and has already picked up a SIM card and a case. Seriously, you gotta get one; it's fantastic and works like a dream.
